With over 20 years of working with global brands such as Coutts, Exclusive Collection, Aviva, HSBC, and Ridgeview to differentiate and maximise customer relationships, Gerri is passionate about crafting strategic marketing activity and delivering unique brand experiences that drive commercial returns.

Gerri has developed her unique BrandSensory© workshops and process after years of working to bring brands’ stories to life and finding that many brand owners didn’t really understand how to communicate their purpose or personality. 

Having worked both client and agency side, Gerri is a seasoned collaborator and proficient hands-on project manager, conversant in brand and business metrics.  Her intuitive approach carefully balances the needs and the pressures of brand owners, whilst also ensuring that the execution is telling a story that consumers can relate to.

Her toolbox includes expertise in planning and activating through-the-line global brand and marketing initiatives for B2B and B2C audiences, as well as engaging the discerning HNW/UNWC group.

Gerri lives in West Sussex with her husband and children. She loves getting into nature to take inspiration or a moment to reflect, pulling on her wellies and going for a wander, while something delicious is bubbling away in the oven.
